Training Full Payment or a Valid 'On Account' Order Number is required before any training can commence. A refund is only available 28 days before any training event.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, CHEQUE or BACS (Bank Transfer), this keeps our overheads to an absolute minimum and assures that your order is processed as quickly as possible.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule PATS Direct will make every effort to meet delivery dates as promised but cannot accept liability for failures to do so, however caused.
Please allow an extra 24hrs on delivery of your order if purchased with Calibration.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges VAT is charged at the current rate. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.
Credit Card Security
We accept payment by various means. You can use Debit or Credit Cards or make payment by Bank transfer (BACS),
by Cheque or using PayPal. Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.
We will not charge your debit card or credit card until we dispatch your order. Our website does not hold
or receive your card details during the transaction process as we utilise a Secure Payment Gateway Company
for all such transactions.

Guarantee All goods are supplied with the Manufacturer's repairs or replacement warranty. Details of which will be supplied upon request. The defective goods must be returned to our stores at the purchaser's expense. No repair or replacement will be provided until we have received the faulty goods and have inspected them. The normal conditions of warranty of the appropriate Manufacturer will apply.

Returns Policy Provided goods have been correctly supplied by PATS Direct as specified by the customer, no return will be accepted unless agreed and negotiated in writing. PATS Direct will levy a handling charge on items where a return has been agreed.
